- No more than 4 dogs (8 in Poplar Field) may be on the field at any one time.
- Pick up ALL your dog’s waste using your OWN bags and dispose of it in the bins provided. (Please respect that other groups including children use this field too)

- A copy of the Public Liability Insurance for the dog must be available upon request.

- The dog must be Micro Chipped.
- The dog : handler (aged over 16) ratio is 1:1 with their handler at all times, so 2 XL Bullies from the same household would need a handler each. Any other dog(s), must be from the same household and would require another handler too. Household is defined as ‘Under one roof’
- The dog is kept on a lead and muzzled until the gate is shut when entering the secure field.

- You are required to notify Carewell Canines as soon as practicable of any insecurity or hazard so that we can assess / repair / notify others with due diligence and speed of any such relevant issue. However, Carewell Canines cannot take responsibility for any incident or occurrence as an effect in the meantime.
- You are responsible for any persons / guests / children you bring / let into the field and ensure they too comply with the Terms & Conditions.
- The fields are part of our diverse and beautiful countryside and may include an endless list of hazards such as rabbit holes, ditches, ponds, fallen trees, uneven and muddy ground, over hanging branches and so on. We will not be held liable for any injury or claim arising from such occurrence.
Access
- The secure dog field is accessed through Carewell Farm (Business Park) which is immediately opposite Lingfield College, St Pier’s Lane, Lingfield, Surrey RH7 6PN. Upon entering bear left, passing ‘Ifield Park’ – the animal feed store on your right. Continue straight ahead passing though the coded metal 5 bar farm gate (relocking the same).
- Then proceed through the closed 6ft galvanised mesh gate of your selected pre booked field. We would ask that if you are arriving on foot to use our facilities that you book the Tea Room Field. This then avoids any crossover and direct passing of dogs in the secure fields.
- After entering please close this gate behind you before releasing your dog(s).
- Upon leaving please CLOSE this gate. This is MOST IMPORTANT and a change to the Terms and Conditions. This is to help prevent wildlife entering the fields and becoming trapped.
- DO NOT ENTER the secure dog field if it is not vacant or within your allotted time slot. There is a waiting area opposite each field entrance.
- The Holgate Family, their employees and agents reserve the right to enter and re-enter the secure dog field at their discretion, with or without persons in order to maintain the property.
- Ensure you leave promptly and have vacated the secure dog field by the end of your allotted time slot.
The Property
- The secure dog fields remain the property of the Holgate family with Charlotte Holgate trading as Carewell Canines.
- Carewell Canines will make every effort to ensure the dog field is safe and secure and maintained and regularly inspect the fences and fixtures.
Finally
- Please ensure your dogs are up to date with their vaccinations and worming.
- If your dogs’ show any signs of being unwell please act responsibly.
- Most importantly enjoy our countryside and ‘be kind’ to your dogs and my neighbours.
- Carewell Canines reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time.
